On this workshop you will make the glass for a piece of copper framed garden art with a display area measuring approximately 10cm x 33cm.
You will have the option of using transparent coloured glass on a clear background which is great for a bright sunny garden. Alternatively you can choose an opaque white background which is more suitable for a shady area.
The workshop is suitable for beginners and I’ll bring a wide variety of transparent glass and teach you how to cut the glass and fit the pieces together so you can design your own piece of garden art. (The 1st and 3rd pictures were made on a previous workshop).
After the workshop I will take your creations home and fire them in my kiln and attach them a copper frame. When ready they can be collected from Stanwick Lakes or posted to you for the cost of postage.
