A professional textile & surface pattern designer who works with a variety of media & materials to produce quirky mosaic frames, watercolour florals, collages, photography & greetings cards, as well as various fun objects of desire! My mosaic frames incorporate found objects, vintage collectables & colourful tiles to create visual diaries that capture a moment in time.

I am inspired by the 'Pop Art' masterpieces of Peter Blake & love the collage style of his work. I enjoy working on commissions for life events such as weddings, birthdays & celebrations etc to create personal, visual pieces that aim to caputure the nature of the personality or event. I have also been involved in creating memory mosaics, in honour of loved ones or pets etc. to keep their memory alive in an unusual but beautiful way.

My work is born out of a desire to display many of the tiny treasures I kept in drawers and cupboards. I like to incorporate photographs, maps, & text from diaries or poems that reflect individual personalities, where appropriate. Some of my work responds to a particular theme, title or moment in time. During the past two years I have produced my 'Covid19 Collection' - that aims to reflect all aspects of the pandemic, including 'Lockdown' & 'Grayson Perry's Art Club'
