Unmistakably English, By Emily jewellery is intricately handmade with exquisite attention to detail, instantly wearable and intended to be treasured forever. Inspired by the English countryside and classic literature, my silver and gold pieces are offset with precious and semi precious stones revealing themselves like an unfolding narrative, each design is never what it first appears as each piece has it’s own story to tell.
I work from my rural Northamptonshire cottage garden workshop and specialise in wax carving to create wildlife miniatures that appear alive and untamed. My carvings are cast using 100% recycled silver and gold and are beautifully presented in reusable or recyclable packaging. My collections range from from £45 - £3000, I also undertake commissions.
I graduated in Fine Art and undertook a short course at London College of Fashion, I launched my jewellery business in 2011 in London where I worked beside a renowned goldsmith at Craft Central for several years before moving to my garden workshop in a Victorian laundry house.
